Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical trial execution from protocol design to FDA submission
- Recruit and retain diverse patient cohorts while maintaining strict compliance with ICH-GCP
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure data integrity across multi-site trials
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, regulatory specialists, and principal investigators
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trial documentation including IBs, ICFs, and safety reports
- Monitor trial budgets and vendor relationships to ensure financial oversight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years coordinating Phase I-III oncology/immunology trials with proven regulatory compliance
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Medidata Rave and Oracle Clinical systems
- Strong proficiency in risk-based monitoring and vendor management
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement across global teams
- Experience with FDA audits and EMA submissions
