Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex clinical trial protocols with 15+ active studies
- Manage FDA/IRB compliance documentation and audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including physicians, statisticians, and data managers
- Train and supervise 3+ junior research coordinators
- Develop SOPs for research operations and quality control
- Analyze trial data and prepare regulatory submissions
- Present findings at national conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of clinical trial coordination experience in oncology
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) required
- Expertise in FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Advanced proficiency in electronic data capture systems (e.g., Medidata Rave)
- Strong statistical analysis skills (SAS/R preferred)
- Proven track record of mentoring research staff
- Published author in peer-reviewed medical journals
