Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trial protocols with FDA compliance
- Manage electronic data capture systems and ensure regulatory documentation accuracy
- Coordinate multi-site patient recruitment and retention strategies
- Train and mentor junior research staff on GCP standards
- Analyze trial data and prepare FDA submissions
- Liaise with pharmaceutical sponsors and IRB committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Clinical Research, Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in clinical trials with oncology focus
- Active ACRP or SOCRA certification
- Proficiency in Medidata Rave and REDCap systems
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and ICH-GCP
- Exceptional interpersonal and crisis management skills
