Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of property/casualty claims experience
- Professional designation (CPCU, AIC, or ARM) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in claims management software (Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning tools
