Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, coastal protection systems, and smart city initiatives
- Conduct advanced structural analysis using BIM technologies (Revit, Civil 3D) for complex load-bearing systems
- Manage project budgets exceeding $50M while ensuring compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical specialists, environmental consultants, and government agencies
- Implement sustainable design practices achieving Green Mark Platinum certification standards
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured professional development program
- Conduct site inspections and quality control audits across high-profile construction sites
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's challenging soil conditions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with Singapore's Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
- Expert proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, SAP2000) and BIM tools
- Proven track record of delivering major transportation or coastal protection projects
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's building codes (BCA), CP5, and geotechnical requirements
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent command of English with ability to produce technical reports and proposals
