Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex civil engineering infrastructure projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, landscape designers, and municipal authorities.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact analysis.
- Represent the firm in client presentations and public consultation meetings.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for all engineering deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas required.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in civil infrastructure or municipal design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and StormCAD.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal building codes and permitting processes.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of team collaboration.
