- Prepare technical documentation and permit applications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of NYC-based infrastructure experience
- Expertise in structural analysis and geotechnical design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Proven project delivery on $50M+ developments
- Exceptional problem-solving and client management skills
