Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, and urban transit systems
- Perform structural analysis using advanced software (STAAD.Pro, SAP2000) and ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-disciplinary teams
- Conduct site inspections and resolve complex engineering challenges in real-time
- Develop sustainable solutions incorporating green infrastructure and climate resilience strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative innovation across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure design and construction
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent Singaporean certification
- Expertise in BIM (Revit, Civil 3D) and project management software
- Proven track record of delivering projects on budget and ahead of schedule
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis and foundation engineering
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory compliance
