Responsibilities
- Design and supervise complex infrastructure projects including high-rise buildings, transportation networks, and waterfront developments
- Conduct structural analysis using advanced software (ETABS, SAP2000, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, MEP engineers, contractors)
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) regulations and international standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and green building certifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale civil engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent international certification
- Expertise in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in BIM tools and project management software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes and safety regulations
- Proven track record of managing projects over SGD 50 million
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
