Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale transportation, water resources, and structural projects
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with ASCE, TCEQ, and local building codes
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges
- Utilize BIM/CAD tools for precision modeling and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure development
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ public works projects
- Strong understanding of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and client management skills
- Experience leading environmental impact assessments
