Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex civil engineering projects including MRT tunnels, waterfront developments, and high-rise foundations
- Conduct structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority codes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for 5-7 concurrent projects
- Perform site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control for construction phases
- Coordinate with government agencies (LTA, URA) and contractors for permits and approvals
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design documentation
- Research and implement sustainable construction materials and methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng certification from Singapore
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis and foundation design for Singapore's soil conditions
- Proficiency in structural software (ETABS, SAP2000) and BIM platforms
- Proven track record managing projects over SGD 50M in value
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes (BCA) and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
