Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, and water treatment facilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians to ensure project delivery excellence
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and environmental regulations
- Develop detailed construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Manage project budgets and timelines with precision
- Present technical solutions to municipal stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design
- PE license in New York State
- Expertise in NYC construction regulations and permitting processes
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and civil engineering software
- Proven track record of managing $50M+ infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior engineers
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
