Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging fintech leaders
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product lines in North American markets
- Lead complex contract negotiations, securing 7-figure deals with 25%+ YoY growth targets
- Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats
- Build and manage a pipeline generating $5M+ in annual recurring revenue
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align BD initiatives with customer needs
- Mentor junior team members and optimize sales methodologies using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with 3+ years in SaaS/fintech
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($500k+ ACV)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Strong network within financial services or tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities
- Experience developing GTM strategies for complex B2B solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Ability to travel 20% for industry conferences and client meetings
