- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform growth initiatives

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with 18-month revenue visibility
- Present growth strategies to the executive board and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development or partnership management
- Proven experience scaling revenue in fintech or SaaS sectors
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build ROI-driven business cases
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
