Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive global brand strategy that aligns with our long-term growth objectives.
- Lead cross-functional creative teams in the development of high-impact marketing assets, including video, digital, and print collateral.
- Manage end-to-end brand awareness campaigns, measuring performance against key engagement and market penetration KPIs.
- Oversee the evolution of our visual identity and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Partner with Product Marketing to launch new features, translating complex technical specs into compelling market narratives.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Act as the primary guardian of our brand voice, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect our core values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in brand management or communications, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech-focused environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel brand campaigns from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of brand architecture, positioning, and market research methodologies.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for visual design aesthetics.
- Experience managing agency partners and external vendors to maximize campaign ROI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff and influence executive stakeholders.
