Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and creative direction to performance analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent brand narrative and value proposition delivery.
- Manage substantial marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across paid media, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
- Mentor and lead a team of high-performing marketing associates to achieve aggressive growth KPIs.
- Leverage advanced customer insights and market data to refine brand positioning and identify new audience segments.
- Oversee agency relationships and external partners to maintain high standards of production and brand integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a SaaS or fast-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns that demonstrably improved brand sentiment and conversion rates.
- Expertise in performance marketing metrics and the ability to translate complex data into actionable creative strategy.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of building and inspiring collaborative teams.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with an eye for premium design standards.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social, SEO, and emerging media trends.
