Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive multi-channel brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, affinity, and user acquisition.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of content creators, PR specialists, and social media managers.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV) to continuously optimize marketing spend and brand positioning.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and design teams to align brand messaging with product launches and commercial goals.
- Oversee global public relations initiatives, securing high-impact media placements and managing external agency relationships.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation across paid, earned, and owned channels to maximize market impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of progressive brand marketing experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-growth B2C brand.
- Proven track record of designing and launching successful national or global integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social listening platforms.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing compelling storytelling and brand building.
