- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and allocate resources across high-impact initiatives.
- Mentor a team of marketing specialists to build a culture of high performance and creativity.
- Oversee external agency partnerships and vendor relationships to streamline campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale brand launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional narrative building and copywriting skills with a sharp eye for visual design.
- Strong leadership experience with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets exceeding $1M annually.
