Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, high-availability backend services using microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, scalability issues, and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java (Go is preferred).
- Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
