Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python.
- Ensure all systems comply with strict financial regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Optimize database queries and system architecture to handle millions of transactions per second.
- Lead code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development within the financial services or fintech industry.
