Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the design and maintenance of our core microservices, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with product managers and security experts to deliver robust financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency microservices for financial transactions.
- Ensure 99.99% system availability and strict data integrity compliance.
- Lead architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentorship of junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps for banking products.
- Optimize database schemas and API performance to handle peak transaction loads.
- Implement rigorous testing strategies, including automated unit and integration tests.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional backend development experience with Java, Go, or Python.
- Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of PCI-DSS compliance and financial security standards.
