Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer-based models for enterprise applications.
- Develop robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and continuous monitoring of AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into our core platform.
- Conduct deep-dive experiments to optimize inference latency and model performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Stay current with industry research and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on LLMs or NLP.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
- Strong understanding of GPU orchestration, distributed training, and model quantization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
