Responsibilities
- Architect and scale high-performance LLM inference pipelines for production environments.
- Fine-tune foundation models (Transformers, Diffusion models) on proprietary, large-scale datasets.
- Optimize neural network performance for low-latency deployment using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate high-level business goals into scalable AI features.
- Implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, bias, and performance metrics.
- Mentor junior machine learning engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest advancements in deep learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with distributed training and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of contributing to open-source AI projects or industry-leading research papers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.
