Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into existing core products.
- Conduct advanced research into novel neural network architectures to improve inference performance.
- Optimize model training pipelines using distributed computing and GPU acceleration.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and codebase maintainability.
- Define and implement rigorous evaluation metrics to ensure model accuracy and fairness.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML research, contributing to internal white papers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in linear algebra, statistics, and optimization algorithms.
- Proven track record of delivering AI projects from conception to production deployment.
