Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency and throughput in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI features into core product lines.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for MLOps and experiment tracking.
- Develop automated data pipelines for large-scale training and fine-tuning datasets.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research by translating academic papers into production-ready code.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical architectural decisions within the team.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred).
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of deploying high-performance AI models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between research and business objectives.
