Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Develop scalable data pipelines for large-scale training and inference tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise solutions.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model efficiency and reduce latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of code quality and peer review.
- Monitor and optimize model performance in production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Stay current with industry advancements in NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning or machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Strong grasp of linear algebra, statistics, and optimization algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready software in a fast-paced environment.
