Responsibilities
- Lead Design Vision: Conceptualize and execute high-end visual strategies that align with client brand identities and overarching business goals.
- Project Management: Oversee the creative production process from initial concept sketches to final asset delivery, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous professional development.
- Asset Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, style guides, and digital asset libraries to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing teams, strategists, and external vendors to integrate creative work into broader, cohesive campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in art direction or graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- Portfolio: A robust, diverse portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, mastery of typography, and execution across various media formats.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders clearly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
