Responsibilities
- Lead Visual Strategy: Define and evolve the visual identity for high-profile client campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Creative Direction: Guide the creative direction of projects from concept through to execution, mentoring junior designers to elevate their craft.
- Collaboration: Work closely with strategy and copywriting teams to ensure that visual assets perfectly complement the narrative and brand voice.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and deadline adherence.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep our creative output cutting-edge.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, presenting concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence and persuasive storytelling.
Qualifications
- Portfolio Requirement: A robust, professional portfolio demonstrating a strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in art direction or creative design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-creative stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities without compromising on quality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
