Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision for high-profile client campaigns, ensuring strict alignment with brand identity and strategic goals.
- Conceptualize and produce award-winning visual assets across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Mentor and manage a talented team of designers and junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and strategists to translate complex business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Present concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and executive polish.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure our work remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Art Direction or Creative Strategy, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the proven ability to guide and inspire a creative team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
