Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Conceptualize and direct high-impact visual assets, including print, digital, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the strategy and copywriting teams to ensure messaging aligns with visual execution.
- Mentor and inspire junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of growth.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met without compromising quality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce innovative design methodologies to the studio.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in art direction or graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team.
- A robust, award-winning portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and typography skills.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive layouts.
