Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development through to construction documentation phases
- Manage client relationships and project teams across multidisciplinary workflows
- Integrate sustainable design principles and LEED certification requirements
- Utilize Revit, Rhino, and Enscape for 3D modeling and visualization
- Coordinate structural, MEP, and facade engineering consultants
- Prepare construction cost estimates and value engineering analyses
- Mentor junior designers and conduct technical design reviews
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial architecture
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio of built projects exceeding $50M in construction value
- New York State architectural license (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
- Demonstrated experience with NYC DOB and Landmark Review processes
- Strong understanding of NYC Building Code and Zoning Resolution
