Responsibilities
- Lead Design & Vision: Spearhead the architectural design process, ensuring projects meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals.
- Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality construction documents, drawings, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Project Management: Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, interior) and oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Client Relations: Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and feedback loops effectively.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved plans and building codes.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required; licensure (AIA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in architectural design, preferably in a top-tier firm.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software.
- LEED Certification: LEED AP or Green Associate certification preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to solving complex design challenges.
