Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design through construction documentation
- Develop innovative design solutions balancing aesthetic vision, functionality, and regulatory compliance
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications throughout project lifecycle
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (structural, MEP, sustainability)
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to BIM/VDC standards and quality control protocols
- Drive sustainable design integration targeting LEED/WELL certifications
- Participate in business development through proposal writing and client presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Registered Architect (NY State license or equivalent)
- Expertise in Revit, Rhino, and BIM coordination workflows
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects >$50M construction value
- Strong portfolio demonstrating award-winning design and technical proficiency
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
