Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design process from initial concept through construction documentation.
- Prepare and present compelling design concepts and renderings to high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior architects, interns, and design staff to foster professional growth.
- Utilize advanced BIM (Revit) and CAD software to produce high-precision technical drawings.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with consultants and contractors during the construction phase.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Current AIA (American Institute of Architects) licensure is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a diverse range of project types and design styles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
