Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for complex architectural projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior architects and foster collaborative studio culture
- Integrate sustainable design principles and BIM technologies into all phases
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial architecture
- Registered Architect (NY State license required)
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale urban projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical expertise
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
