Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural project delivery from concept to completion
- Develop innovative design solutions using BIM and parametric modeling tools
- Manage client relationships and project budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban developments
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and secure regulatory approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Registered Architect license (NY State or NCARB equivalent)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software
- Proven track record leading large-scale urban development projects
- Strong knowledge of LEED and sustainable design principles
