Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams to develop AI frameworks optimized for quantum hardware
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms, machine learning, or quantum machine learning
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals/conferences (e.g., Nature, NeurIPS, QIP)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Google Quantum AI) and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to publication
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
