Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for multimodal data processing
- Lead end-to-end development of production AI systems serving 10M+ users
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Mentor junior researchers through weekly workshops and code reviews
- Optimize models for edge deployment with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Partner with product teams to translate research into commercial features
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years developing production ML systems using PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Expertise in attention mechanisms, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale (>1B inference requests/day)
- Strong publication record at top-tier AI conferences
- Experience with MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Proficiency in C++ and GPU optimization (CUDA)
