- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced models
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI-driven feature roadmaps
- Optimize model performance for scalability and real-time inference requirements
- Stay current with emerging AI research through continuous literature reviews
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed AI research
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory
- Experience with distributed computing and large-scale model training
- Portfolio demonstrating successful deployment of production ML systems
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
