Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms leveraging quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing production-ready ML pipelines
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Secure $2M+ in research grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and build departmental knowledge base
- Translate theoretical models into scalable cloud deployments
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience securing research grants and managing academic-industry collaborations
- Fluency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and MLOps tooling
