Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models and algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve accuracy on large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members on best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and implement novel techniques in our pipeline.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot system-wide AI performance bottlenecks.
- Define MLOps strategies to ensure reliable model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, training strategies, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
