Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute executive correspondence, meeting minutes, and presentation materials with precision.
- Oversee incoming communications, ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements in strict accordance with company policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associateās degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative experience in a corporate setting.
