As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial health of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and present detailed financial statements and variance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore’s GST regulations and local tax laws.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- ACCA, CPA, or CA qualified (Finalist status accepted).
- Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/FRS).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
