Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including complex account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate tax returns and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
