Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger operations and lead the monthly/quarterly close process.
- Prepare complex financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and assist with year-end tax filings.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and long-term financial forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
