Key Responsibilities

- Lead the monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Prepare complex financial statements and manage the reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct regular audits and assist external auditors during the annual audit process.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite experience a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
