Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and reported in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare complex financial reports and analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
- Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
