Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance commentary
- Oversee general ledger operations, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and international financial reporting standards
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external auditor communications
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and documentation systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in complex reconciliations and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance frameworks
