Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end and year-end close processes with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and KPI dashboards
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance across 15+ entities
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining team performance metrics
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial modeling and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA required (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience with Big 4 background
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau)
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
