- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial systems and controls
- Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to departmental training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
